Baal is rather more likely to drop Death's Web on a given kill than Pindle, but you can probably kill Pindle quite a few times in the same time as it takes to do a Baal run.
Either by how often each monster gets killed, or how long it typically takes to kill the monster, etc. The average needs to be weighted somehow to be useful.
