A lot of people have a backup, of sorts, that they store mods in they’re not using. If you can’t delete them, though, you can always remove them from the folder. We know it sounds simple, but as long as you can find the same files that you’ve installed you can get rid of them. If not, just searching Sims in your File Explorer should find the right stuff eventually. exe file when it’s running and select “Open File Location”. All you need to do is CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and open the Task Manager. If you want to delete Reshade, then you need to head to the game’s directory folder and find the right files. We’re going to use Reshade (which you can download here) as an example for this one, but the process can be followed with pretty much any of the mods you decide you want to uninstall in The Sims 4. Thankfully, we’ve got a guide here to help you out. If you want to uninstall mods from The Sims 4, though, and revert back to the game as God (or in this case, EA) intended, then you’re in for a bit of a task. Installing mods is something Sims players do a lot nowadays and there are a lot of mods out there worth looking at. As good as The Sims 4 is, there’s always a way to make it better.
